Who Is Loren De’Ann?

Loren has been a licensed cosmetologist, operator for over 10 years and the owner of Loren’s Hair Studio for over 5 years. Furthermore, she has a B.A. in Business Management from Prairie View A&M University. In the same manner, her love for color and commitment to understanding the chemistry of haircolor, allowed her to earn one of the highest color certifications in the United States. Therefore, she is now an American Board-Certified Hair Colorist. Moreover, Loren’s passion for education has allowed her to soar under the wings of her mentor as a Team Member of the Kolour Kulture, who’s mission is to help stylist understand the science of color and color placement. Without a doubt, her desire to become a multi-cultural colorist compelled her to become a part of the Texture Vs. Race Movement, birth also by her mentor, which is a community of colorist who help each other understand how to service all textures of hair, to ensure that everyone feels included in their salon culture.

Education is what makes Loren’s heartbeat. For this reason, she often refers to herself as a hair nerd who is constantly evolving and elevating. Hence, her commitment to education is a direct reflection of her commitment to her guest and the beauty industry. Consequently, she is constantly traveling the country to be educated, trained, coached and certified by the industries best resulting in her constantly learning new trends, techniques and business systems. Thereby, always giving her guest an improved stylist and salon experience at every salon appointment.

As a professional stylist, Loren is very passionate, genuine, honest and creative. However, do not be surprised if you hear her say no, in order to maintain the integrity of your hair, just trust the process. Undoubtedly, her number one priority is to help her guest determine, achieve and maintain their personal healthy hair color goals. Thus, helping her guest feel even more beautiful, confident and empowered. In addition to, providing them with a style that can be maintained at home. Loren specializes in healthy hair, hair color, invigorating aromatherapy infused shampoos, wet sets, smoothing treatments, hydrating treatments and strengthening treatments. All in all, she is very determined and loves positive vibes, laughter education and growth. In sum, she is grateful to be able to use the gifts that she has been blessed with to serve professional women and add a little sparkle to their day. Lastly, she looks forward to seeing you soon!!!
